Beautiful location and hotel.
Beautiful location and hotel. Staff service could have been better Cleanliness around the pool could have been a lot better. Staff under skilled at the pool bar.....a hot coffee martini was served!!! Building works going on during our stay so we couldn't use our balcony as it was overlooked by scaffolding, workmen and jet washers. Drills were on and off all day as well

In the area there was a boutique hotel and a lovely...
In the area there was a boutique hotel and a lovely restaurant (Panaramica) a 2 min drive towards beach. We did not eat there as we had dogs and not the opportunity but it looked lovely and prices not too expensive. The square had a cafe which served lovely food and very friendly. Not far to go to Tavira,Altura and Monte Gordo and Villa Real. All the roads had restuarant/bars along them. We ate at the house but had a lovely meal at lunchtime in Tavira (The Black Anchor) pub on the riverside. We knew Tavira well and would recommend it for a day out. Nearest supermaket was not easy to find but well stocked (Interemarche). Overall - Brilliant.
