Staying at "First Balcony" is to be dazzled by the view over the city and the sea. The setting of the church's tower and the city's pier, surrounded by the blue of the ocean, make this place a real postcard of Porto Santo. Perhaps because of this, "First Balcony" has already served as the basis for several events, television documentaries and one of the best-known postcards on the Island. "First Balcony" is composed by: - Five-Bedroom House - facing the south front view, has plenty of natural light. It has five bedrooms with windows and wardrobes, four bathrooms, a large living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you come alone or as part of a family, the whole environment has been designed to provide excellent holidays. On our terrace, at meal times or for simple relaxation, the different moments of the day gain a new charm here. - Two-Bedroom House - for those looking for a more private setting, our two-bedroom house, despite not having access to the five-bedroom house garden, has a large, panoramic balcony. This house has two bedrooms, equipped kitchen and private bathroom. It has independent entrance.
"First Balcony" is located above the historic center of Vila Baleira, capital of Porto Santo Island, in a quiet and residential area of ​​the city, just over 300 meters from the main square. The non-need for automobile greatly simplifies access to basic necessities and emergency services such as health center and pharmacy. From here, you will have access to most of the commerce and services of Porto Santo, such as restaurants and bars, supermarkets, banks and health services. It is here in the center that the biggest festivities are also held. In the summer there are the popular marches, the city festivals and, in September, the Columbus Festival.
