Oporto Rental Management was born in 2015 by the will of four young friends: Rosa and Tânia. ORM was born from the combination of the main passions of its founders: the city of Porto and its cultural characteristics; architecture and decoration; gastronomy and photography and, above all, contact with different cultures. The project is based on the support and guidance of owners of properties located in the city centre who wish to direct their homes towards the tourism market. It also involves the design and decoration of these same spaces, giving them, in this way, a unique identity that translates into an extremely positive reaction from our guests. Our project culminates in the total management of the property, which includes the organisation and preparation of these spaces for tourism rental. Thus, with our dedication and daily work we have been able to win over all those who visit us and who show the greatest intention of repeating their experiences with our team.

Apartments located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a centenary building totally rehabilitated in 2017, in which the old facade was maintained, located in Rua do Almada, main artery in the historic center of Porto, 1 minute walk from Avenida dos Aliados. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, open to the living room, 1 bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for 2 people. Therefore, we have at your disposal: - 1 Fan - 3 Heating radiators (1 in the bedroom, 1 in the kitchen, 1 in the bathroom) - TV (more than 140 channels, including international channels) - Wi-Fi (high speed) - Hair dryer (1 unit) - Fridge with freezer - Glass ceramic hob - Microwave - Dishwasher - Italian coffee machine - Juicer - Kettle - Toaster - Blender - Kitchenware and Meal - Ironing board and iron - Bath and hand towels (1 set per guest and per WC) - Bed linen Self check-in or personal check-in (as your preference): Check-in: from 17:00 Check-out: until 11:00 (We are flexible, depending on availability and with prior notice) Late personal check-in (after 22h): additional fee of 30 euros. There's no extra charge for self check-ins after 22h.

This apartments located in Rua do Almada, first to be built outside the Fernandine Walls, and now one of the most complete and main streets of Porto downtown, which offers a mix of traditionalism and contemporaneity through its shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Ideal for 2 people, who prefer to stay in the heart of the historical center of Porto, within a walking distance of the main points of interest of the city.
