IMPORTANT: The Government of Portugal has just decreed that guests will need to present a negative test to sleep at local hotels/accommodations across the country from 25/12/2021 until 09/01/2022 : ► PCR test, performed within 72 hours prior to presentation; ► Antigen test with laboratory report, carried out within 48 hours prior to its presentation Fully equipped, with one bedroom, one living room in open space with a kitchen and one bathroom. The apartment can accommodate until 4 persons, as it presents a king size bed, for 2 and a large sofa-bed in the living room suitable for 2 persons. A beautiful small central apartment, located in the heart of the trendiest Portuguese boulevard. Well decorated and comfortable, with space for maximum 4 adults. The apartment is set in Principe Real, a neighborhood known for the fine dining restaurants, upmarket shopping, trendy bars, the botanical garden and its all around trendy and bohemian feeling. We offer: - King size bed - Fully equipped bathroom - LCD TV - 160 cable TV channels and wireless internet; - Bed linen and towels, bath gel and shampoo; - Fully equipped kitchen; - Nespresso coffee machine.

Neighborhood info

The Principe Real neighborhood is the place to be while visiting Lisbon. The neighborhood is named (Principe Real in English means Royal Prince) after the born of the first son of Queen Maria II. At the moment this is the trendiest neighborhood in Lisbon, well known for its antique shops, luxury shops, art galleries, restaurants and bars. Despite that, it remains essentially a residential district, filled with gardens, a couple of the city's most tranquil squares, and colorful mansions.  The location of the neighborhood is excellent, as it sits in one of the seven hills (Lisbon is known as the city of the seven hills), overlooking the whole city and the splendorous Tejo River. The neighborhood is north of Bairro Alto, Lisbon’s night district, as well as north of Chiado and Avenida da Liberdade, the Luxury districts in the city. You may experience this lovely area of Lisbon like a local by staying in our apartment.
