Great villa with fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, views of the ocean and countryside. Plenty of space inside and outside. 15 minutes walk to the beach and shopping centre. Excellent professional hosts. Smooth check in and check out. We fully enjoyed our stay.

Villa fully furnished and equipped, with everything you need for your holiday. Only 800 meters from the beach of Praia do Vau, the Villa Ninho do Mocho offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, American type kitchen and living area and LED TV. A spectacular balcony. It Features a private pool, BBQ and a garden. ################################################################################################## The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (80EUR for 30 days booking). The meter reading at the entrance and exit is taken to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made). Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u. If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the value of the deposit.

Praia do Vau is an oceanic beach in the municipality of Portimão, in the Algarve, Portugal. It Has a sandy beach flanked by soft cliffs. It Is a beach with tranquility, known for its iodine and the clay of the cliffs, and also by the irregular rock formations. Praia da Rocha is a beach in the municipality of Portimão, in the Algarve (Portugal). This Beach has a large stretch of sand, in a total area of about 146 000 m², along 1.5 km of coastline. Next to the beach stands the Fortress of Santa Catarina, built in the 17TH century to ensure the defense of the bar of the River Arade. 1 The Beach owes its name to the rocks that lie between the sand and the sea. It Is one of the most famous in the Algarve, but even from all over the country. Every year, during the Summer, the beach fills with tourists from all over the world and, despite its great extent, it is rare not to be crowded. In recent years, has received the Mundialito Beach Football, which is played in a stadium built for this purpose and that has capacity for 3000 people. Next to the beach, there is a plurality of restaurants and bars that attracts large numbers of tourists, both during the day and at night.
