We are Nest-at-Lisbon ! Well, we're actually Henrique and Pedro, two brothers born and raised in Lisbon back in the 80's. We love this wonderful city so much that we decided to quit our old jobs, and follow our childhood dream, which was to build up our own business and help out visitors to have a wonderful experience in this magnificent city we were lucky enough to be born in. As such, back in 2017, we decided to create our company Outstanding Nests and our brand Nest-at-Lisbon, which offers top-shelf accommodations in prime locations. We started step-by-step, but we’re now managing a total of 15+ apartments, and we’ve hosted 10k+ Guests and 2k+ stays – and hearing the feedback from our amazing Guests couldn’t make us prouder. Welcome to our Hidden Gem in Principe Real - a CLEAN&SAFE flat!! This 2-bedroom apartment is fully renovated and has a common garden. The apartment is located in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Lisbon, right next to the heart of the city’s downtown, between Praca das Flores and the Parliament. You will find dozens of lively restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is on the second floor (28 steps, no elevator).

Neighborhood info

This attractive neighborhood (named "Royal Prince" in honor of Queen Maria II's first born) extends north of Bairro Alto, and although it was once only known for its antique shops and alternative bars, it's now a trendy shopping area. Despite that, it remains essentially a residential district, filled with gardens, a couple of the city's most tranquil squares, and colorful mansions. The abundant charm has turned it into one of the most sought-after areas to live in the city, and real estate companies have taken notice. Old buildings are being renovated, a young population is moving in, and there's talk of gentrification similar to that of Georgetown in Washington DC, after the company that turned that district into the American capital's hippest began acquiring buildings here. Down the hill is the small neighbourhood of São Bento, known for the neoclassical Parliament building, and for more antique shops down Rua de São Bento.
