Located a 2-minute walk (150 meters) from the mythical beach "Praia Da Rocha", this apartment type F2 renovated with a modern and refined decoration, is located (on the 6th floor with lifts) in the Edificio Columbia and can accommodate 4 people. The new equipment will offer you all the necessary comfort to enjoy an exceptional stay in the seaside resort of Portimão. *Bedroom*: double bed and reversible air conditioning (hot / cold). *Living room*: sofa bed for 2 adults, air conditioning, TV Smart TV (Netflix, Youtube etc.) and international TV channels. *Wifi*: free and unlimited. *Bathroom*: shower, hairdryer and washing machine. *Fully equipped semi-open kitchen*: hob, extractor, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. *Outside*: private balcony and roof terrace of the building giving a breathtaking view of the sea, a real luxury. *Parking*: 1 private parking space in a closed and underground parking, for optimum safety of your vehicles. This is a considerable advantage because public parking spaces are rare and paying.
