The Oldtown Apartments by Umbral are located a 50meters from the Oldtowm strip and 5minutes away from the Fisherman Beach. Amenities and toilet paper are only provided on the day of arrival, remaining days on behalf of guests. The apartments do not have a daily cleaning only change of towels every 4 days and sheets weekly. There is no ATM in the place and payment is required on the day of arrival and in cash. Please advise in advance the time of arrival. If we do not have the time information, you may have to wait up to 1 hour for the person responsible. We also remind that Checking-ins after 7p.m as an aditional cost of 20,00Eur payable in cash. If you would like an Invoice with VAT Number please require when you make the Booking. Please note we charge a deposit of 200,00Eur upon arrival.
