Founded in 2010, we are a local property management company based in Lisbon. All our Vacation Rentals are licensed by the Portuguese Tourism Office and we are a proud member of the Portuguese “Alojamento Local” Association, ALEP. We exclusively manage all of our RENT4REST properties. Each of them has been selected due to its unique characteristics such as a great view, excellent location in the city centre or beachfront. So, whether you are planning a business trip, a romantic getaway or a vacation with family and friends, we have furnished and equipped our houses to make sure you feel comfortable.

This is a completely renovated apartment, with one bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, a complete kitchenette, a living/dining room, free Wi-Fi Internet and cable TV. All rooms have windows and the living room has a balcony.

The apartment its located in the heart of Lisbon between Bairro Alto and Principe Real, a privileged location in the historic city centre close to Rossio/Baixa. Next to it, you can find the stunning Mirador de São Pedro de Alcântara, a garden-terrace with a panoramic view of the city, Castle São Jorge and the river. The Bairro Alto is known for its variety of theatres, museums, local shops (restaurants, bars, groceries, fado houses etc). The apartment is close to public transportation (subway, bus and tram) and car parking. These apartments have been thoughtfully decorated with attention to details in order to make your stay in Lisbon unforgettable.
