This beautiful villa has a Main House and a Cottage. The Main House has two stories.
Bottom Floor: East Area : 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen, Living/Dining Room ,TV cable 42”, Home Cinema, HIFI System, Fire Place, Air Cond. Sleep 8 People.
Bottom Floor: South Area : 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Full Kitchen, Living/Dining Room TV Cable 42”, Home Cinema, HIFI, Free Internet wireless access, Games,. Sleep 6 people.
Exterior Area : Covered BBQ Area (Gas and Charcoal), Patio for al fresco diner, Private Pool 10x5 m, Jacuzzi/Spa, Games Room (1 bathroom , kitchenette, Snooker, Games, PC area, Internet Broadband access, Fitness area, HIFI System). Exterior Tennis Table,
Upper Floor: Staff (Support for villa maintenance): The owner ( Antonio and wife Rosa), made all work for supporting this large villa garden and pool maintenance, spa area, fitness area, garbage, taxi calls, medical care urgent call, organizing maid service twice a week, eventual service cooker, car driver by request, baby sitter service, etc.
Cottage : 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, Living/Dining Room, HIFI System, Home Cinema, TV Cable, Wireless Internet, BBQ area, Patio for al fresco diner, Fitness area. Sleep 4 people.
This villa is rented for only one group. We don’t allow 2 groups at the same period (unless the groups has arranged for themselves to be together).
The plot area of the property is 2010 sq. The close beach is Praia das Macas, 5 min. walk. There are several restaurants and little shops close to the villa (at Praia das Macas beach) .
Lisbon centre, Cascais and Estoril only half an hour drive. There are some of the best golf courses in the area, as Penha Longa Golf, Beloura Golf and Quinta da Marinha Golf, only 20 min. drive.
You will find a lovely micro clime on site, where you can swim from Mars to October with a lovely whether and water temperature.

Sorroundings
If you prefer, you can visit the Adega de Colares and taste the regional wine of Colares (Ramisco), one of the best in Portugal.
Also, if you like historical places like palaces and monuments you can visit the Royal Pena Palace, Monserrate Palace, Regaleira Palace, Palacio da Villa, Peninha and many others.
In the villa, there are facilities for wheelchairs or elderly. Children welcome.
