The private closed condo has well maintained gardens and it is a very safe and pleasant place for families, couples or a small group of friends. Enjoy the UNESCO world heritage site of Porto, the medieval and gothic churches, the river bank, the caves and the sand beaches with the comfort of our spacious and bright apartment. Underground garage parking with remote control, maps, touristic guides of Porto and North Portugal (in English) and a collection of DVDs are provided to our guests. Towels, linen and initial and final cleaning are included in price. The picturesque and interesting towns of Costa Verde make excellent day trips. You can easily go from the river to coast, green countryside to historical towns and to enjoy with rich regional food and wine.

Porto, the country’s second largest city, is full of interest. Douro, Minho and North Portugal coastline are of great interest offering excellent wine, seafood and amazing scenery. The big beach of Matosinhos is just 15 min by car. Traditional cities like Viana do Castelo, Braga, Ponte de Lima or Guimarães are within 50 kms range and worth a visit. The apartment offers great connections as it is 5 minutes away from the motorway that circumvents the city. Bus stops are 5 minutes away and the Metro station Combatentes at 15 minutes (walking) which is 5 stops away from the UNESCO protect area of Porto. You can find shops and cafes 1 minute from the apartment and is also very conveniently located at 10 minutes walking from FC Porto football stadium the university major campus and Hospital S. Joao.
