A luxury villa with a stunning swimming pool located within the golden triangle in Central Algarve. The villa is situated in the peaceful town of Almancil, a mere 5 minute drive to the stunning beaches of Vale Do Lobo, Quinta Do Lago and Quateira and only a short drive from Villamoura.

SPECTACULAR VIEWS OVER THE HILLS OF ALTE AND LOULE
The villa is luxury, light and airy, accommodates six bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also hosts a large terrace almost over the pool is ideal for ‘al fresco dining’ and gazing out at the wonderful views that the villa has to offer over the hills of Alte and Loulé.

It is located a short distance from the premier resorts of Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago which has some of the Algarve’s finest beaches, top golf courses as well as tennis and sport clubs. For the more adventurous, water parks, horse riding facilities, go kart tracks and sea life attractions are located near by as well as many restaurants, bars and night clubs.

Accommodation: All bedrooms have air condition. Lounge has a log fire.
Ground Floor
Bed 1 en-suite bathroom with king size bed, wardrobes, with double doors to outside terrace and swimming pool.
Bed 2 en-suite bathroom with twin beds and wardrobes
Bed 3 with twin beds, wardrobes, shower room

First floor

Bed 4 en-suite with Jacuzzi and shower, king size bed, wardrobes and doors leading to a large balcony/terrace with spectacular views over the hills of Alte and Loulé.


Kitchen - kitchen includes fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

Lower ground floor – games room equipped with a pool table, air hockey .
Washing machine, tumble drying, iron and ironing board facility is also available.

Through the games room there is a
large room with a bunk bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Through this room there is a room with twin beds.
There is a bathroom. It can sleep upto 8 people. It is ideal for children(depending on the ages) thus leaving the villa free for the adults to enjoy.

Hallway – light and airy with video and alarm.

Living room – open plan living dining room with a satellite TV (SKY) equipped with a dvd/cd player. Large doors, leading to outside terrace with spectacular views.

Outdoor terrace/gardens –private landscaped gardens, terraces and large corner style swimming pool. Also hosts a large dinning table and 8 chairs for guests to enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining while taking in the breathtaking views. 6 sun bed lounges and 2 arm chairs are also provided. Barbecue is also available.

Coast/beach – 5 minute drive from the Algarve’s finest beaches of Vale Do Lobo, Quinta Do Lago and Quateira.

Marina – 15 minute drive from the marina of Villamoura.

Nearest airport is faro – just 20 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended.
