Sao Vincente is a small private complex ideally situated close to Praia da Oura and Santa Eulalia in Albufeira. The golden sandy beaches at Santa Eulalia and Praia da Oura are a short walk away and offer water sports such as water skiing, pedal boats and restaurants and bars. Also within easy walking distance are a fabulous choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The location is ideal for anyone looking for plenty to do without being in the middle of the action. It is also conveniently situated near several golf courses. Vilamoura is ten minutes away and Vale de Lobo is fifteen minutes away.

The complex offers a large outdoor pool (18m x 7m) and a childrens pool surrounded by a terrace and grass area to relax in. The complex is fully enclosed with automatic gates.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is modern and brightly furnished throughout. It can sleep up to four adults and two children. The lounge/dining room is spacious and has Satellite TV, DVD player, sofa bed that can sleep two children and patio doors to the terrace which overlooks the garden and pool area. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and patio doors to a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes, patio doors to a balcony that overlooks the garden. There is a separate bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The modern kitchen is fully fitted and has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, hob, fridge and small freezer.

The apartment is air conditioned throughout and has electric shutters on all windows.

Changeover day is flexible.
Cleaning is mid week, linen and towels changed once a weeek
