The villa has 4 bedrooms (2 twin & 2 double) all with fitted wardrobes & patio doors. The master bedroom overlooks the pool & has an en-suite bathroom. Situated between the 2 ground floor bedrooms is the second bathroom, all bathrooms are equipped with showers, vanity basins & are fully tiled, the villa also has the benefit of a visitor’s WC / shower room.

The lounge is well furnished with a TV, Video, hi-fi and comfortable leather seating. The patio doors give access to the pool and barbecue area. Although the Algarve weather is rarely cold, the lounge is equipped with a wood burning fire, which will keep you, snug after sunset

The fully fitted kitchen has ample storage space and is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave, oven / hob, ironing board / iron & extractor hood and is located next to the dining room.

The dining room is furnished with a dining table that seats 6-8 comfortably and has access to the pool and patio area. Located above the dining room is the 4th bedroom; this comfortable room has a double bed, pine furniture and looks out over the countryside of the complex.
